Burn That Belly Fat Fast - Without All That Exhausting Exercise!

Do you hate your Belly Fat?

I think we all do! This is the era of looking good, feeling good and having fun... and belly fat just doesn't fit that picture.

And have you noticed how everywhere you turn there's some health nut telling you it can't be done without the sit-ups and crunches and all that other torture?

Sure you'll get great abs that way, if you work hard enough at it. But you give up half your life and if they're still hidden under all that belly flab you've pretty much struck out. In my book it's better to look slim with just average abs than have all that lard on my belly.

Let's take a look at how the body works and how we can use that information to help us burn off that fat.

The job of insulin in the body is to act as a key that opens up the muscles and lean tissues to accept glucose from the blood.

One interesting fact is that regular medium-cardio exercise will stimulate the muscles to start letting your insulin do its work again, so the blood sugar starts to go into the muscles instead of on your belly.

So this could be step one… think about gradually building up to walking 20 to 30 minutes, 3 to 5 days a week. But just think about how you would handle this for now-you can take the drastic step of actually doing it in a while.

When you don't exercise or you eat too much for a protracted time, one of the areas which naturally shows this excess more than others is the belly. This is because when the muscles become insulin resistant the fat is first deposited around the belly area.

But it takes an enormous amount of exercise to take off weight… way more than most overweight people can get their mind around.

Modern scientific thought is that obesity is mainly caused by insulin insensitivity in the muscles, brought on by a steady diet of high glycemic foods as occur in the North American fast food diet. These foods spike your blood sugar repeatedly which causes huge shots of insulin again and again until the muscles simply become acclimatized to that much insulin and stop taking up the blood sugar. So it goes onto the belly as fat.

So the trick is to change your eating habits, do some reasonable exercise and take food supplements so you get the minerals the body needs to help reverse your insulin resistance.

Cutting out carbs for 5 days in a program that doesn't create hunger and then gradually re-introducing complex, low GI carbs is a plan that has helped thousands to recover from chronic overweight.
